Welcome to the stockwarrants.com Demo page!

Herein you'll find what we believe to be the internet's only comprehensive investment service for American stock warrant investors. A quick glimpse at the performance of our model portfolio should provide ample evidence of the power of a disciplined approach to warrant investing.

As a taste of our service, we provide links to examples of some of our featured pages: our warrant database, a company profile, and the currently undervalued warrants/model portfolio page. In addition to these regularly updated pages, subscribers have access to our warrants "book"...everything you'd ever want to know about the ins-and-outs of warrant investing. Subscribers also have access to our "breaking news" page and are able to view a library of all our company profiles. We can even provide customized information to our subscribers (for example, we recently received a request for a list of in-the-money warrants ranked by the standard deviation of their underlying stocks).

The Stockwarrants.com Database

Here you can access our warrants database. In addition to warrant terms, the database contains company addresses, telephone numbers, and industry information. We also include any tidbits of information or gossip (e.g. whether a particular warrant is likely to have its expiration date extended) that we can glean from our various sources. You can view current stock and warrant prices, the fair-value rating we give to each warrant, a volatility rating, and use various search criterias to seek out warrants that might be of interest to you. As warrants expire, we retain the warrant terms, so the database might also be of use to those interested in historical data. The Stockwarrants.com database is generally updated at least once per week.

Our demonstration database contains information on warrants whose symbol begins with the letter 'a' and is current as of 1/20/2007. As always, we warn that the information contained within may be faulty or out of date; the user should always double-check the terms before committing his/her capital to a particular warrant.

Company Profiles

At least once per month, we issue a profile on a company whose warrant looks particularly promising. These profiles are added to our library of company profiles.

We somewhat detest the cheerleading attitude some newsletters evince towards their profiled stocks. Our company profiles contain both positive and negative information, as our intent is to provide subscribers with the material required for informed decisions. As such, we don't issue outright "buy" signals.

Occasionally, we may substitute an interview with an experienced warrant trader or broker for the usual company profile.  On several occasions we've profiled a "non-warranted" company simply because we like the profit potential of the company.

Our demonstration profile is for Dualstar, a small communications technology company. Take a look.

Undervalued Warrants/Model Portfolio

Our list of currently undervalued warrants and model portfolio are featured on the same page. At least once per quarter we provide a list of the ten or so (out of about 250) warrants that we deem to be most undervalued purely on a fair value basis; these comprise our "current picks". The model portfolio, conceived in April of 1996, is intended as a demonstration of the returns that warrant investing can provide, and to allow the user to monitor the performance of Stockwarrants.com as an information service.
