According to the database, there's only one perpetual warrant currently trading publicly in the U.S. It's jahiw.pk, which has a value of $.0001 (!!!). There was a time when perpetual warrants were more common (Atlas Corp was a good example, a few years ago). But "perpetual" means nothing if the underlying company dissolves.
